Tile backsplash install with new under-cabinet LED strip wiring and a fresh paint touch-up around the range.

Powder Room Vanity Swap
Pulled the old single-bowl vanity, installed a 36" replacement, new faucet, and patched the wall behind.

Oceanside Deck Board Replacement
Replaced 28 salt-weathered deck boards, re-stained the rail caps, and re-anchored a loose support post.

Living Room Trim & Repaint
New baseboards and door casings throughout the main floor, plus a two-color repaint of the great room.

Designed and built wall-to-wall plywood shelving with a pegboard tool wall and overhead bike storage.
